My wife and I set out last Saturday morning to buy a Kia Spectra from a dealership close to our home in Orange. Kia was advertising a $4000 rebate in conjunction with the $4500 cash for clunkers allowance and the local dealer had an ad in the paper showing the Spectra for $5990. When we got to the dealer a salesman there told us we needed more documentation than what we had with us, (an additional years registration and proof of insurance.) Disappointed, we returned home to look for the needed items and when we couldn't find them resigned ourselves to waiting until Monday to go to the DMV to try to get all that was needed.
I recalled seeing TV ads for Car Pros and decided to email them, explaining what had transpired at the other dealer. I asked not to be called and received the e-mail from a Car Pros Customer Care Representative. While I was reading the email, someone called me from Car Pros. They apologized for calling but said they thought that they could help me and asked if I would like to speak to a salesman. I agreed and was put on hold for a short time until the phone was picked up by a sales man who identified himself as "Alabama." Alabama convinced us to drive the 40 miles to their dealership. Driving over, the wife and I discussed all the negatives of buying from a dealer far away from home but decided it was worth looking into. Once there we were surprised to see such a busy car dealership. While we worked our way across the lot towards the showroom, we were approached by three different salesmen. We told each one that we were there to see Alabama, and each one directed us to where we could find him, were very courteous and left us alone to look at the different cars. We were not pressured by anyone, none of the other salesmen shadowed us or tried to steal the potential sale. I have walked out of many dealerships over the years because of the over aggressive sales men and it was very pleasant not to be treated that way. Once inside the showroom we finally met Alabama and again were pleasantly surprised. First impressions were that we were dealing with a car sales man/gentleman, a very rare breed. Over the course of the afternoon we drove a couple of Spectras, decided that we wanted the EX model and were disappointed when all they had left were LX's due to the rebates and the cash for clunkers deal. Again, Alabama showed his professionalism and his years of experience. Without any pressure he asked if we were thru, straight out. My answer was... he was going to overwhelm us with a deal. To make a long story short, he did. The money was about the same as it would have been at another dealer, the dealer added an alarm system/keyless entry, one of the items we liked on the EX and we drove home that evening in our new Spectra. I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism. I can only assume that the lack of high pressure selling is a Car Pros way of doing business. Everyone I dealt with from the Customer Care Representative on the website, thru the operators on the phone system, the other sales men who greeted us, our sales man Alabama and the finance person who finalized everything we were treated professionally, courteously and with respect every step of the way. I will certainly refer anyone I know...

...Alabama took his time showing us the cars, their features, prices, etc. He did not try to get multiple customers while dealing with us, rather he stayed with us, knowing that we may not even purchase a car. As things turned out, we actually bought two vehicles, a Specra and a Sportage....We now have two new and reliable cars to replace out older ones....

Please let me take the opportunity to share my experience in buying a Kia Rondo from Jesse Olivares... I was actually waiting for some service on my Kia Amanti. I was on my way to the Quiet Waiting Room, which I truly appreciate, by the way, when Mr. Olivares asked how he might be of help. I wasn't actually intending to purchase a vehicle, but I wanted to begin looking for the future. Jesse showed me three different vehicles, all meeting my needs. I was quite impressed with the friendly way Mr. Olivares discovered what I needed in a car. His casual, but thorough approach made the car buying experience perfect for me. It was a pleasure doing business with Jesse Olivares.
I must tell you how nice it was to sit at the casual tables in your showroom. It was a much friendlier situation than being boxed in a tiny room, with the salesperson constantly leaving the customer to stare at the four walls. I liked how I could see where Mr. Olivares was when he was discussing my sale with the sales manager. I didn't feel like secrets were being told about me, as I have previous car-buying experiences.
And I would also like to share with you my positive experience with finance. Although we met in his office, it was not intimidating and he didn't leave me at all. He was efficient and quick, making the signing of the documents painless. He was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him also.

I came up to Car Pros early on Black Friday. I came up to Car Pros after doing the rounds at the various car lots and then just as I was thinking everything was going against me, there it was in your lot, my car was waiting for me.
I came up to Car Pros with a hole in my heart. I lost my husband 3 months ago at the age of 60 with a heart attack ... then I got into an accident by someone running a stop sign and taking all I had left which was my car... Then I had the good fortune of running into quite a Southern gentleman, a Sales Rep of yours, Alabama.
